Chitwan, Nepal – The two-day International Conference-2024 on “Inclusive and Sustainable Development through Transformation, Innovation, and Digitalization” commenced today in Sauraha, Chitwan. Organized by Bal Kumari College, Narayangarh, the event aims to explore transformative strategies for achieving sustainable development.
During the inauguration, renowned economist Dr. Pushkar Bajracharya emphasized the necessity of integrating inclusivity into sustainable development in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. “With the advancements in AI and cutting-edge technologies, it is imperative to ensure that the development process remains inclusive and equitable,” he stated.
The conference features over 50 research papers and presentations by experts from Nepal and around the globe, including delegates from China, Thailand, India, Australia, Bangladesh, and Canada. It seeks to gather insights from national and international experts on leveraging technology as a foundation for inclusive and sustainable growth.
Conference Convener Dr. Gunaraj Kshetri highlighted the event's goal of synthesizing ideas and recommendations to address global challenges. “This conference is designed to foster a dialogue that bridges innovation and digitalization with inclusivity and sustainability,” he remarked.
