Kathmandu, October 27, 2024 – Api Power Company Limited successfully conducted its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Hotel Kristal Gausala, Kathmandu. The AGM, chaired by the company’s Chairperson Mrs. Srijana Khadka, convened key directors, officials, and shareholders to review the company’s performance and discuss plans for the future.
The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM, with the attendance of prominent figures, including directors Sanjiv Neupane, Dwarika Prasad Neupane, Shashwat Chalise, and Company Secretary Srijana Adhikari. Madhusudan Koirala, one of the company’s directors, presided over the operational aspects of the session, ensuring the smooth execution of the agenda. Company Secretary Srijana Adhikari also contributed to the meeting proceedings.
Additional attendees included senior representatives such as Devi Prasad Subedi, representative of company's Registar Office, along with legal advisors and auditors. Together, they engaged in discussions regarding corporate governance, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives to drive growth in Nepal's power sector.
