The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sincere Saving & Credit Co-operative Ltd. was successfully conducted on Saturday in Kathmandu. The event, which began at 11:00 AM, brought together shareholders and stakeholders to deliberate on the organization’s achievements, financial performance, and strategic plans for the future.
The AGM covered several key agenda items, including the presentation of financial and administrative reports for the fiscal year 2079/80, approval of the annual audit report, and the appointment of an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year. Members also discussed and approved policy amendments, reviewed the progress of ongoing activities, and participated in the election of new board members and representatives to ensure the co-operative’s efficient governance.
A key highlight of the meeting was the announcement of dividends and other financial benefits for shareholders, reflecting the organization's commitment to delivering value to its members. Attendees were reminded to bring their shareholder certificates and identification for verification, ensuring transparency and accountability in the proceedings.
