Kathmandu, Nepal – The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Nepal, through its Managing Water Resources in Nepal (MaWRiN) Project, has announced a call for proposals to engage experienced VAT-registered firms and consultants for two critical consultancy opportunities.
The first opportunity focuses on Website Development and Maintenance. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining the MaWRiN project’s website to ensure effective knowledge sharing, updates, and accessibility of vital information to stakeholders.
The second consultancy centers on Training Needs Assessment and Curricula Development, aimed at conducting training needs assessments and creating gender-sensitive curricula. This will support local-level climate risk assessments and adaptation planning, contributing to Nepal’s climate resilience efforts.
These consultancy roles are vital to advancing the MaWRiN project’s objectives of promoting climate adaptation and strengthening local capacities to manage water resources sustainably.
Interested firms and consultants are encouraged to learn more about the application process at WWF Nepal’s official website: https://www.wwfnepal.org/get_involved/call_for_proposals/.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 5 PM NST on 17 February 2025.
This initiative aligns with WWF Nepal’s commitment to fostering sustainable development, gender equity, and resilience to climate change in Nepal.
