Kathmandu, February 23, 2025 – As the revered Mahashivaratri festival draws near, the Pashupati area is transforming into a dazzling center of devotion and celebration. The Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) has initiated extensive preparations to welcome thousands of devotees from across Nepal and beyond, ensuring a spiritual and visually enchanting experience.
Key locations in the Pashupati precinct, such as Banakali, Bhuvaneshwari, the main temple, ghats, Ram Temple, and Mrigasthali, have been illuminated with sparkling lights and adorned with flowers.
