The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) has announced the latest call for applications for the prestigious ERA Fellowships – Green Hydrogen, offering an exciting opportunity for master’s students worldwide. This fellowship is aimed at fostering education and innovation in the rapidly growing field of green hydrogen, a key element in the transition to sustainable energy systems.
The ERA Fellowships provide financial support for German and international master’s students, enabling them to pursue studies, internships, or master’s thesis work related to green hydrogen. International students also have the chance to complete a full three-semester master’s programme in Germany.
In addition to funding, scholars will benefit from participation in one of four dedicated working groups focusing on vital areas such as hydrogen production, transport and infrastructure, market stimulation, and other cross-cutting issues. This collaboration extends beyond the duration of the scholarship, providing long-term networking with experts, scientists, and DAAD alumni, all contributing to the future of hydrogen technology.
